Update Biggest Loser!

We are starting Monday! Blaine and Dane will be on Tuesday. Let Mom know who all is in. Here is the info. you need to let her know.

3 goals
1. Start a good habit. (example: drink all 8 glasses of water a day)
2. Get rid of a bad habit. (example: stop eating in front of T.V.)
3. Start a physical activity everyday (example: 10 sit ups every morning)
Every Monday morning you will need to send your new weight in.
Start fee is $10.00. Every month you continue it will be $5.00. It will continue for 3 months.
